Sciens Building Solutions in Perkiomenville, PA, seeks a Division Manager to lead a division and back-office team, drive growth, and ensure top-notch customer service. You will own budgeting and P&L, build a high-performance culture, and align risks and safety with company standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in division management in fire and life safety, a proven growth track, strong leadership, NFPA and OSHA knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. PA location; on-site role.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of division management in fire and life safety.
• Proven track record of growing a division.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and standards.
• OSHA safety standards knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage fire and life safety activities in the division.
• Develop and implement a growth strategy aligned with company goals.

THE POSITION IN A NUTSHELLSciens Building Solutions is seeking a Division Manager who is a positive change agent and can drive high customer satisfaction, while leading a Division team, along with a back-office staff to support a Division that is experiencing exciting growth.
