Job summary

Eaton Mobility division seeks a Division CI Manager- LV to deploy Lean and Six Sigma across sites with a hybrid work model (3 onsite/2 remote) and 30–50% travel. You will train, mentor, and lead CI initiatives, ensuring improvements in margins, delivery, safety, and process variation across manufacturing plants.

The role reports to the Director of Manufacturing Operations and requires 5–8 years of manufacturing CI experience, with demonstrated leadership and training abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5-8 years of related operations or engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Minimum 5 years experience with Lean (5S, Standard work, Value Stream Mapping, SUR, TPM, LMF) and Six Sigma in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development and implementation of Lean and Six Sigma strategy, actions, and cross-functional activities including Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs) and Kaizens.
• Ensures Continuous Improvement training including Lean and Six Sigma training.
• Conducts Eaton CI System (ECIS) assessments and prioritizes improvement activities with leadership to close gaps.
• Leads Lean and Six Sigma support across the organization to drive short-term and long-term business improvements.
• Uses Lean and Six Sigma tools to eliminate waste, improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs and improve working capital.
• Leads mentoring to support functional talent development and succession planning.
• Coordinates with Plant CI Managers to align plant activities with broader strategy and vision.
