Job summary

Eaton’s Industrial sector, Mobility division seeks a Division CI Manager‑ LV with hybrid onsite/remote work and 30‑50% travel. You will lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, train teams, and perform ECIS assessments to close performance gaps across sites.

Role focuses on driving productivity, cost reduction, and working capital improvements while mentoring teams and aligning CI activities with the broader strategy. Travel will be substantial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5-8 years of related operations or engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Minimum 5 years experience with Lean (5S, Standard work, Value Stream Mapping, SUR, TPM, LMF) and 6 Sigma in a manufacturing setting.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and implementation of Lean and Six Sigma strategy and cross‑functional activities.
• Ensures Continuous Improvement training and may lead or delegate training.
• Conducts ECIS assessments and prioritizes improvement activities with leadership.
• Leads Lean and Six Sigma support to drive business improvements.
• Utilizes Lean/Six Sigma tools to reduce waste, improve customer satisfaction, and working capital.
• Leads improvement activities including training, mentoring, Kaizen events, and Six Sigma projects.
• Mentors to support talent development and succession planning.
• Aligns plant CI activities with broader functional strategy and vision.
• Uses industrial engineering and lean tools to drive productivity improvements.
