Job summary

Eaton’s Industrial sector, Mobility division seeks a Division CI Manager- LV to lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across sites in a hybrid model (3 onsite/2 remote). Travel 30-50% will be required.

The role emphasizes coaching, mentoring, and deploying CI tools to drive cost reductions and productivity. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years in manufacturing, with strong Lean and Six Sigma experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5-8 years of related operations or engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Minimum 5 years experience with Lean and Six Sigma in a manufacturing setting.
• No immigration sponsorship for CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development and implementation of Lean and Six Sigma strategy across the organization.
• Ensures Continuous Improvement training including Lean and Six Sigma training.
• Conducts ECIS assessments and prioritizes improvement activities with leadership.
• Leads Lean and Six Sigma support to drive business improvements.
• Uses Lean and Six Sigma tools to reduce waste and improve customer satisfaction and working capital.
