Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Division CI Manager- LV for the Mobility division. The role will lead Lean and Six Sigma deployment across multiple sites with a hybrid work model (3 onsite/2 remote) and travel 30–50%.

You will train, mentor, and deploy CI strategies to improve margins, delivery performance, safety, and reduce variation. The position reports to the Director of Manufacturing Operations and requires a Bachelor’s degree plus 5–8 years in manufacturing operations with Lean and Six Sigma

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
5–8 years of related operations or engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
Minimum 5 years experience with Lean (5S, VSM, SUR, TPM, LMF) and Six Sigma in manufacturing.
It is not eligible for immigration sponsorship or work visa support.

Responsibilities

Leads Lean and Six Sigma strategy, actions, and cross-functional activities including RIEs and Kaizens.
Ensures Continuous Improvement training and may lead or delegate training.
Conducts ECIS assessments and prioritizes improvement activities with leadership.
Drives CI across the organization to improve margins, delivery, safety, and variation.
Utilizes Lean tools to eliminate waste and improve working capital.
Mentors and trains plant CI managers and aligns with the broader strategy.
