Eaton’s Industrial sector, Mobility division seeks a Division CI Manager- LV to lead Lean and Six Sigma deployment across sites. This role, reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Operations, will train and mentor teams, align CI with the broader strategy and drive improvements in margins, delivery, safety and variation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-8 years of ops/engineering in manufacturing.
• 5 years with Lean and Six Sigma in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean and Six Sigma strategy deployment across the division.
• Conduct CI training and mentoring; lead or delegate training.
• Assess CI performance gaps and prioritize improvement activities.
• Drive productivity, cost reduction and better working capital via lean tools.
• Mentor functional talent and align plant CI activities with strategy.
