Eaton is seeking a Division CI Manager- LV in the Mobility division. The role offers a hybrid work model (3 onsite/2 remote) across Eaton Mobility sites with 30-50% travel. Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

The position requires extensive Lean/Six Sigma experience and strong leadership to align CI activities with broader strategic goals. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 5–8 years of related operations or engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Minimum 5 years Lean and Six Sigma experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsabilités

• Leads the development and implementation of Lean and Six Sigma strategy and cross-functional activities.
• Ensures Continuous Improvement training including Lean and Six Sigma training and mentoring.
• Conducts ECIS assessments and prioritizes improvement activities with leadership.
• Leads Lean and Six Sigma support across the organization to drive improvements.
• Utilizes Lean and Six Sigma tools to eliminate waste and improve customer satisfaction and cash flow.
• Leads improvement activities including training, mentoring, Kaizen events, and TPM deployment.
• Provides Lean and Six Sigma mentoring to support talent development and succession planning.
• Coordinates with Plant CI Managers to align CI activities with strategy and vision.
• Uses industrial engineering skills and lean tools to drive productivity improvements.
