Job summary

JM Test Systems, LLC. is seeking a Division Manager for the Mattoon facility to lead administrative, sales, and technical staff, oversee daily lab operations, and own the division’s financial performance from budgets to gross profit and growth.

You will report to the COO and collaborate with executive, quality, technical, and support teams to ensure safe, timely work and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate builds strong teams, thinks strategically about the business, and stays close to

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience supervising and coaching teams.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and strategic planning skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 requirements for testing and calibration laboratories.

Responsibilities

• Direct lab operations, projects, and services, plan and delegate work to balance workloads.
• Own financial performance: manage budgets, forecasts, spending, inventory, and pricing.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff; set goals and standards; foster accountability.
• Ensure safety training and compliance with ISO 17025, NAIL, OSHA, NFPA 70E, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, and IEEE.
• Maintain lab conditions to support accurate, reliable results.
• Build client relationships, resolve complaints, and analyze trends for improvement.
• Lead department goals, policies, and procedures with corporate leadership; drive continuous improvement.
