Job summary

Rollins, Inc. in Parsippany, NJ, seeks a Division Human Resources Director to lead HR for four brands and partner with brand leadership. You will shape organization design, leadership development, and HR strategy while guiding labor relations initiatives with unions.

The role requires multi-state experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple HR projects in a fast-paced environment. A hybrid office/home arrangement is available with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business.
• 10+ years in HRBP or consulting focusing on labor relations, org design and development, change management, workforce planning, coaching/consultation, program/project management, facilitation, performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, overall talent management, and communication
• Multi-location and/or multi-state experience
• Experience related to union contract negotiations
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and anticipate needs
• Strong judgment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discernment and sensitivity
• Ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships and influence others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• HR Project Management across concurrent projects using MS Office

Responsibilities

• Lead HR for four brands and partner with leadership teams.
• Co-lead labor relations strategy and union negotiations.
• Develop and update HR policies, pay plans, performance programs, job descriptions, and field communications.
• Oversee recruitment, talent sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding; coach managers on best practices.
• Co-lead HR training, leadership succession planning, and talent reviews.
• Oversee HR-related programs with reporting and analytics.
• Direct interface for communication of benefits with corporate benefits group.
• Travel to support business needs as required.
