Job summary

Western Pest Services seeks an experienced Division Human Resources Director to lead HR for four brands, guiding labor relations, organizational design and talent strategy from the Parsippany office. You will partner with brand leadership to ensure compliant, high-impact HR solutions aligned to business goals.

The role requires strong multi-state experience, union negotiations, and the ability to drive change, coach leaders, and manage complex projects across locations with a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business required.
• 10+ years of HRBP or consulting experience in labor relations, organization design and development, change management, workforce planning, coaching/consultation, program/project management, facilitation, performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, overall talent management, and communication.
• Multi-location and/or multi-state experience.
• Experience related to union contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HR professionals and co-lead labor relations strategy and negotiations with operations leaders.
• Provide guidance on policies, procedures and labor law compliance across multiple states.
• Oversee salaries, pay plans, performance appraisal administration, job descriptions and field communications.
• Coordinate HR due diligence audits during acquisitions and onboarding for acquisition employees.
• Co-lead HR training, leadership succession planning and talent development.
• Oversee recruitment, talent sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and partner with corporate benefits.
• Monitor HR programs through reports and performance metrics.
