Based at the Western home office in Parsippany, NJ, the role focuses on strategic HR solutions, labor relations, and leadership development across multiple locations.

The position requires 10+ years in HRBP or consulting, multi-location experience, and a track record in union negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HR professionals and oversee labor relations strategy for multiple brands.
• Provide interpretation and guidance on policies; ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws.
• Co-lead HR training, leadership succession, and recruitment; monitor HR programs with metrics.
• Assist in HR due diligence during acquisitions and onboarding of new employees.
