Job summary

ITG Brands, LLC is seeking a sales leader to manage and execute growth strategies for the assigned division. You will supervise field sales representatives, develop strategic plans, and deepen partnerships with retailers to maximize volume.

The role emphasizes coaching, relationship building, and driving retailer engagement while ensuring alignment with company priorities and KPIs. Travel to retail sites is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years related sales experience.
• Experience with driving sales performance in a team environment.
• Experience in business-to-business account selling.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license issued from state of residence.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the Company’s sales growth strategies for the assigned division.
• Develop plans to pursue partnerships with customers and deepen relationships.
• Direct planning, organization and direction of sales activities to maximize volume and growth.
• Coach Sales Representatives to improve skills, performance and execution.
• Build relationships with retail customers and share opportunities with Regional leadership.
• Lead quarterly and monthly deployment of key sales initiatives and analyze division performance.
