Job summary

JM Test Systems is seeking an experienced Division Manager to own and scale a location in Mobile, AL. You will drive growth, profitability, and operational performance, uniting people, safety, quality, and customer experience under a strong culture of accountability.

You'll lead a high-performing team, develop practical processes, monitor KPIs, and partner with Sales to expand business while aligning with corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership or management experience in an industrial, technical service, manufacturing, calibration, or similar environment.
• Proven experience leading and growing an operation, business unit, or service organization.
• Strong business and financial acumen with experience managing revenue, profitability, budgets, forecasts, and metrics.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and build the people, processes, and structure to scale.
• Experience developing employees, coaching performance, and building accountable teams.
• Customer-oriented mindset with ability to develop relationships and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall growth, operational performance, and profitability of the division.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue, improve margins, and scale the business locally.
• Lead daily operations; build processes, structure, and capabilities for future growth.
• Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing team across multiple functions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs; use data to drive improvements.
• Partner with Sales to strengthen customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, staffing, and priorities to support objectives.
• Drive performance in quality, safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, teamwork, and execution.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership and other JM Test Systems locations.
