Job summary

JM Test Systems seeks a Division Manager to own a location’s growth and profitability, leading cross-functional teams across operations, sales, and admin. You will build processes, monitor KPIs, and partner with leadership to drive scalable, high-quality customer experiences.

You will develop talent, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to expand revenue while maintaining safety and quality standards in a regulated environment. This is a strategic leadership role with meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership or management experience in industrial/technical settings.
• Proven experience leading and growing an operation, business unit, or service organization.
• Strong business and financial acumen with revenue, profitability, budgets, forecasts, and metrics.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and build people, processes, and structure to scale.
• Experience developing employees, setting expectations, coaching performance, and building accountable teams.
• Customer and commercial mindset with ability to develop relationships and growth.
• Ability to analyze operational and financial data and translate insights into action.
• Strong communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience in quality-driven or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall growth, operational performance, and profitability of the division.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue, margins, and scale in the local market.
• Lead daily operations while building processes and capabilities for future growth.
• Coach and lead a high-performing team across technical, administrative, sales, and ops.
• Establish and monitor KPIs; use data to drive improvements.
• Partner with Sales to strengthen customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, staffing, resources, and priorities.
• Drive performance across quality, safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, teamwork, and execution.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to support broader JM Test Systems initiatives.
