The J.Jill Group is seeking a Store Manager in Mobile, AL to drive profitability, coach a high-energy team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will leverage product knowledge and local outreach to boost store presence, while managing operations and inventory to meet targets.

You will lead with a customer-first mindset, develop associates, and communicate effectively across teams to keep stores aligned with brand standards and activity calendars.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Women’s Specialty Retail experience preferred, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Experience in analyzing business trends and executing action plans.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and merchandising.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage ambiguity with confidence.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model, develops and maintains strong customer relationships through genuine interactions.
• Hire, develop, and lead a diverse, high-performing team that embodies J.Jill’s values.
• Drive store performance by analyzing sales trends, setting goals, and implementing strategies to meet or exceed targets.
