Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Division Finance Manager to oversee financial stewardship of a $200M+ business and partner with Division leadership to drive profitability and growth. You will analyze data, optimize operations across 75+ clinics, and lead planning, budgeting, and CapEx management.

You will deliver monthly P&L updates, lead MORs with senior leadership, and support JV meetings and facility onboarding. Travel up to 10% is expected, with a focus on data-driven decision making and stakeholder

Qualifications

5+ years experience in FP&A, corporate strategy, consulting, investment banking or private equity.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling; experience with Anaplan and Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide financial stewardship of a $200M+ business and guide operational decisions impacting the P&L.
Analyze data and collaborate with operators to optimize operations across 75+ clinics.
Lead FP&A including forecasting, budgets, DeNovo modeling, and CapEx management.
Create and deliver monthly P&L report-outs and lead MOR discussions for leadership.
Assist JV partner meetings with financial content; support Facility Administrators with P&L questions.
Lead weekly labor reporting and contribute to Growth and Strategy meetings.
