You will lead cross-functional finance activities, drive budgeting, and oversee quarter-end close, cost control, and ROI analyses for engineering programs, while building a strong analytics culture across Engineering, Operations and Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years' experience
• Master's degree plus 6 years' experience
• PhD plus 3 years' experience
• 2+ years of management experience

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Applications, Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR
• Support annual strategic planning and budgeting; understand roadmaps
• Drive Bookings, Shipments and Revenue (BSR) recognition
• Headcount planning and production capacity management
• Control costs of service including installation and warranty
• Lead Opex spend vs target
• Own quarter end close and variance analysis
• Present financials to executive management
• Lead a finance team of analysts
• Analyze customer deals and sales trends
• Improve financial models for decision support
• Lead process improvement projects
• Partner with leaders to understand business requirements and cost drivers
