Job summary

KLA in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Division Controller to own the full P&L for a product division and provide end-to-end finance support to the BU General Manager. You’ll drive revenue recognition, cost drivers, and monthly close while collaborating with Engineering, Sales, and HR to align with strategic roadmaps.

You will lead a team of analysts, develop reporting, and contribute to annual budgeting and strategic planning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant experience in finance or accounting.
Experience applying accounting principles to financial analysis and reporting.
Proven ability to build and interpret financial models and analyses.

Responsibilities

Own the full P&L for a product division and provide end‑to‑end finance support to the BU GM.
Drive understanding of bookings, shipments, revenue recognition, and cost drivers.
Support central groups globally and understand spending requirements and key cost drivers.
Collaborate to develop and update allocation methodologies.
Lead monthly and quarterly close activities, variance analysis, and balance sheet reviews.
Build and maintain monthly/quarterly management reports for executive reviews.
Supervise and mentor a team of financial analysts for career growth.
