Job summary

KLA in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Division Controller to own the full P&L for a product division, providing end-to-end finance support and driving bookings, shipments, revenue recognition, and cost control.

The role partners with central groups worldwide, leads budgeting and strategic planning, mentors a team of analysts, and collaborates with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Marketing and HR to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting foundations with ability to apply principles to financial analysis.
• Experience required across budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for a product division, providing end-to-end finance support to the BU General Manager; understand bookings, shipments and revenue recognition, manufacturing activities and cost drivers.
• Support central groups worldwide, understand spending requirements, financial impacts, and key cost drivers; collaborate to develop allocation methodologies.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Applications, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and HR to support decisions and execution.
• Lead the annual strategic planning and budgeting processes aligned with long-term product roadmaps.
• Own monthly snapshots and quarterly close activities, including variance analysis and balance sheet reviews.
• Build, standardize, and maintain monthly/quarterly management reporting for business reviews and executive decision-making.
• Supervise and develop a team of financial analysts.
