Job summary

Johns Manville, a leading insulation and roofing materials manufacturer, seeks a Division Engineering Leader of Insulation Systems. You will lead engineering across BU, plants and technical resources, directing multi-year capital programs and ensuring project alignment with business goals.

Role requires a mechanical/chemical/electrical engineering background and 10 years’ experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on project management, leadership, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10 years of engineering experience including capital projects.
• Proven track record managing capital projects of $5M+ through full lifecycle.
• Project management and leadership demonstrated across functions.
• Experience with 24x365 plant operations and related activities.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and mentoring others.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence and present data at all organizational levels.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and proactive task completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership to Insulation Systems BU, plants and tech resources.
• Lead division capital programs and annual operating plan execution.
• Own the MOC process and participate in Ops Leadership Team.
• Coordinate with corporate resources and VP Capital Projects/Engineering.
• Provide leadership for divisional projects from scope to benefits realization.
• Drive production capacity, quality, and cost improvements using new tech.
• Mentor and develop divisional engineers and plant engineers.
• Maintain strong safety culture and zero-incident focus.
