Johns Manville is seeking an experienced Division Engineering Leader of Insulation Systems to provide engineering leadership across multiple plants and projects. The role drives capital planning, asset optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or chemical).
• 10 years of engineering experience in industrial or manufacturing settings with progressive responsibilities.
• 5 years of capital project management experience.
• Proven project management and leadership skills.
• Experience managing capital projects of $5M+ through full lifecycle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership to Insulation Systems business unit and plants.
• Lead division capital program planning and execution.
• Coordinate with VP Capital Projects and Engineering and other functions.
• Mentor and develop divisional engineers and plant engineers.
• Drive safety culture and continuous improvement across operations.
