Job summary

Johns Manville is seeking a Division Engineering Leader for Insulation Systems. You will provide engineering leadership across plants, lead capital programs, and align with operations, finance, and product development to meet business and financial objectives.

The role manages 11 engineers with a $1.8M budget, drives safety culture, mentor staff, and implements process improvements and new technologies. Based in Denver, CO or a major JM facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10 years in engineering roles and capital project mgmt experience.
• Proven capital projects of $5M+ managed through full lifecycle.
• Strong leadership and communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership and oversight to the Insulation System business unit, manufacturing plants, engineering group, and technical resources.
• Lead division capital program planning and execution, including multiyear asset planning and annual operating plan planning and execution.
• Owner of MOC process; Member of Division Ops Leadership Team; Represent the division in Global Investment Council.
• Coordinate with VP Capital Projects and Engineering and with corporate resources to meet project objectives and benefits.
• Drive safety culture and improve operations and HSE results through new technologies and process improvements.
• Mentor, train, and hire divisional engineers and plant engineers; lead cross-functional collaboration across facilities.
