Job summary

Johns Manville is seeking a Division Engineering Leader of Insulation Systems to provide engineering leadership across multiple plants and the engineering group. You will drive capital program planning and execution, collaborate with business leadership, operations, and R&D, and ensure projects meet financial objectives while improving safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required with 5+ years capital project experience.
• Proven ability to manage capital projects of $5M+ through full lifecycle.
• Demonstrated project management and leadership skills.
• Experience with day-to-day plant operations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Passion for continuous improvement in engineering and project management.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and develop engineering staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership to Insulation Systems unit, plants, and technical resources.
• Lead division capital program planning and execution across asset projects.
• Own the MOC process and participate in Ops leadership team.
• Represent the division in Global Investment Council and coordinate with corporate resources.
• Provide leadership and resources for divisional projects from scoping to benefits delivery.
• Increase production capacity and improve product quality through technology and process improvements.
• Lead, train, and develop divisional engineers and plant engineers.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and zero-incident objectives.
