Johns Manville seeks an experienced Division Engineering Leader of Insulation Systems to provide engineering leadership across plants and the engineering group. You will drive capital programs, asset planning, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver projects on time and within budget.

A strong focus on safety, mentoring, and continuous improvement is essential. You will manage a team of engineers, coordinate with operations and finance, and apply engineering economics to justify projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10+ years in industrial/manufacturing engineering and 5+ years capital project mgmt.
• Experience managing capital projects of $5M+ throughout lifecycle.
• Proven project management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership to the Insulation System unit, plants, engineering group, and technical resources.
• Lead division capital program, including multiyear asset planning and annual operating plan planning and execution.
• Owner of MOC process; Member of Division Ops Leadership Team; represent division in Global Investment Council.
• Coordinate with corporate resources and initiatives; work with VP Capital Projects and Engineering.
• Provide leadership and resources for divisional projects including budgeting, scheduling, engineering, forecasting, and reporting to meet project objectives.
• Assist Directors and plant managers to increase production capacity, improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance HSE results through new technologies and best practices.
• Lead, mentor, train, and hire divisional engineers; ensure strong safety culture and zero-incident environment.
• Provide technical resources to troubleshoot/optimize plant operations, reliability, and performance.
