Job summary

Johns Manville is seeking a Division Engineering Leader of Insulation Systems to provide comprehensive engineering leadership across IS plants and projects. You will drive capital programs, asset planning, and engineering initiatives to meet business and financial objectives, while mentoring a team of engineers and ensuring safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10 years in engineering roles (project/process/plant) and 5+ years capital project management.
• Proven track record managing capital projects of $5M+.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and program management abilities.
• Experience in day-to-day plant operations (24x365) and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong communication and data presentation skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental permits.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership to Insulation System business unit and plants.
• Lead division capital program planning and execution.
• Own MOC process and participate in leadership teams.
• Coordinate with VP Capital Projects and Engineering and corporate resources.
• Guide divisional projects from justification through realization, ensuring benefits.
