Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven EHS leader to own and improve EHS processes, tools, and training across the division. You will collaborate with division leadership to drive change, address environmental risks, and safeguard employees in a heavy manufacturing setting.

You will develop strategic relationships across functions, implement Sustainable Development initiatives, and guide the division in meeting regulatory requirements while advancing safety and environmental performance.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership of EHS programs in heavy manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Experience implementing SIF prevention and Human & Organizational Performance frameworks.
• Proven ability to develop and execute continuous improvement strategies in EHS.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and international regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as EHS process owner to develop and continuously improve EHS processes, tools and training.
• Engage division leadership to lead change and address environmental risks, protect employees from hazards.
• Create the vision for change.
• Develop collaborative relationships within the division and across functions to meet strategic goals.
• Develop, implement, and measure strategies supporting Sustainable Development initiatives at the division level.
