Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an accomplished EHS leader to design and implement enterprise and site-level EHS strategies in regulated manufacturing. You will lead management systems, set metrics, and drive a proactive safety culture with strong leadership and coaching across teams.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in EHS leadership within regulated environments, experience with FDA GMPs, and demonstrated success in regulatory inspections and risk reduction. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience in infant formula, pharmaceutical, food, or nutritional products manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of FDA-regulated manufacturing environments and GMPs.
• Experience leading regulatory inspections and agency interactions.
• All application materials must be submitted in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise and site-level EHS strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS management systems.
• Establish performance metrics, dashboards, and accountability programs.
• Champion a proactive safety culture through visible leadership and coaching.
• Advise senior leadership on EHS risks, trends, and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee emergency preparedness, crisis management, and business continuity planning.
