• Deep expertise in Serious Injury & Fatality prevention and critical risk management.
• Knowledge of human performance principles and their application.
• Safety governance, culture, and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation at scale by designing and delivering EHS programs that improve safety outcomes and performance.
• Shape client strategy as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating challenges into practical solutions.
• Advance SIF prevention and critical risk management through leading approaches.
• Strengthen safety culture by leading diagnostics and transformation initiatives.
• Drive business growth by expanding Health & Safety services through client engagement and thought leadership.
