Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior EHS leader to design and scale company-wide environmental health and safety standards. You will architect long-term roadmaps, drive cross-functional efficiency, and implement automated solutions to modernize workflows.

You will deliver data-driven insights to executives and guide risk ownership across all business units. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of EHS experience, strong leadership, and experience integrating ERP systems with BI tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of work experience.
10+ years of relevant EHS experience or equivalent.
Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Experience working with complex data sets and KPIs/KRIs for decision-making.
Familiarity with ERP integration (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools.
Budget management and finding cost-saving automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

Report to the Associate Vice President of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).
Lead a team responsible for designing and scaling EHS standards and risk-mitigation programs across the organization.
Architect and orchestrate the long-term EHS roadmap to drive cross-business consistency, operational efficiency, and process automation.
Identify cross-functional friction points and deploy data-driven automated solutions to modernize workflows.
Deliver actionable insights to business leaders, fostering a culture of active risk ownership and accountability across all business units.
Establish and maintain a robust EHS governance framework.
Manage and support the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
Modernize EHS training programs.
