Job summary

Bodycote, the world’s largest provider of thermal processing services, seeks a Senior Divisional EHS Lead to drive Environmental, Health, and Safety across the division. You will champion best practices, coach site leaders, and align local activities with global EHS policy and ISO standards.

You will collaborate with regional teams, develop training programs, and lead carbon reduction initiatives. This role requires extensive travel (up to 50%) across Europe and North America and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Management, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of progressive EHS experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Fluency in English; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of industry-leading EHS practices across all sites in division.
• Report EHS performance to divisional leadership.
• Coach site leaders to drive safety culture and continuous improvement.
