Job summary

WhiteCap Search is seeking a dynamic leader to own the Professional Services vertical, building client partnerships and guiding a team of recruiters and BD consultants to drive revenue and expansion.

You will develop mid-market and enterprise relationships, grow the team, maintain a personal desk while scaling output, implement processes and best practices for consistent delivery, and partner with leadership to expand the market footprint across offices.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in professional services staffing (A&F, Admin, HR, Ops).
• Proven billings experience ($600K-$1M preferred).
• Strong full-desk background.
• Experience managing or mentoring recruiters.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to turn a desk into a division.

Function: What You’ll Own

• Ownership of the Professional Services vertical (Finance & Accounting, Admin, HR, Operations).
• Development of client partnerships across mid-market and enterprise organizations.
• Growth and leadership of a team of recruiters and BD consultants.
• Revenue performance across direct hire placements.
