D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Division Controller to oversee the division's historical reporting, budgeting, and financial projections. This leadership role acts as the conscience of the division with fiduciary responsibility and process-improvement initiatives.

The position requires coordinating with corporate and regional offices, supervising accounting staff, and ensuring timely, accurate financial closes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Six to eight years of related experience and/or training.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time to balance deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fiduciary responsibility and enforce operating procedures.
• Manage budgeting process and reflect contractual liabilities in the system.
• Oversee month-end close and coordinate division books with Corporate Accounting.
• Prepare and ensure GAAP-compliant financial projections.
• Coordinate pricing strategy with management.
