• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or 5 to 7 years related experience and/or training.
• Fiduciary responsibilities and GAAP reporting per company policies.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial projections for the division.

Responsibilities

• Enforce operating procedures and policies established by D.R. Horton.
• Report financial results in conformity with GAAP and corporate timelines.
• Maintain budgets in the accounting system reflecting contractual liabilities.
• Support division controller in preparing reliability of financial projections.
• Oversee banking activities delegated by the division controller.
