Job summary

Empire Merchants, a premier distributor of fine wines and spirits in the NY metro area, seeks an analytical sales support professional to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities. You will prepare reports from analytics systems, track quotas, and develop data-driven recommendations for Division Managers.

This role requires strong data manipulation and reporting skills, with interaction across divisions and suppliers. Excellent team energy and growth mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Analyzes sales results and offers recommendations to drive better quotas and programs.
• Prepares materials for divisional meetings by aggregating internal sales data.
• Develops and populates sales templates with pertinent data for reports.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes sales results and recommends actions to improve quotas.
• Interacts with Division Manager, FSM, Sales Reps, staff, suppliers and customers to identify opportunities.
• Develops and populates sales templates and reports for divisional needs.
• Prepares materials for divisional and supplier meetings by aggregating data.
• Assists in forecasting and development of monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals.
• Completes required training programs (e.g., Compliance, DIVER, JDE, MS Applications).
• Maintains confidentiality of information.
