Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Division 10 Project Manager to oversee Division 10 (Bathroom Partitions & Grab Rails) projects on-site across the Southeast.

You will interpret architectural drawings, manage submittals, coordinate suppliers, and work with estimators to set budgets. You will lead scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation, monitor costs, communicate with customers and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with codes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in the trade.
• Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus.
• Detail driven with an accounting mindset – Know your costs.
• Excellent organizational skills – sequences and order.
• Computer and technology savvy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of Division 10 (Bathroom Partitions & Grab Rails) projects.
• Analyze blueprints and specifications to ensure design intent.
• Prepare and submit submittals for specialty products.
• Procure materials with vendors and manage project budgets.
• Monitor expenses, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Develop schedules and coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
