Job summary

Precision Walls is seeking a Division 10/12 Construction Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of Division 10 (Bathroom Partitions & Grab Rails) and Division 12 (Roller Shade Blinds) projects. You will analyze blueprints, collaborate with suppliers, and manage budgets, schedules, and staffing to ensure on-time delivery.

You will regularly communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, presenting progress milestones and addressing concerns while upholding

Qualifications

• AT LEAST 2-3 years of experience in the trade.
• Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task.
• Detail oriented with an accounting mindset – know your costs.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to sequence work.
• Comfort using computers and common software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret blueprints and specifications for Division 10/12.
• Ensure understanding of project requirements and design intent.
• Prepare and submit submittals for specialty products.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials.
• Work with estimating to establish project budgets.
• Monitor expenses and maintain budget adherence.
• Coordinate staffing and resources for specialty projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules for timely completion.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Provide project updates and address concerns with clients.
• Deliver professional presentations on milestones and progress.
• Foster positive customer relationships; occasional entertainment as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
