Job summary

MetroLink Tulsa is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations in Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on guidance regarding employment laws, benefits, discipline, and retirement, while promoting diverse and inclusive practices across the workforce.

The position requires leadership of the HR staff with an emphasis on recruiting, retention, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. Experience with FMLA, OSHA, workers’ compensation, and open enrollment is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; associate may be considered with significant experience.
• Minimum five years of related HR experience with a strong understanding of employment laws and best practices.
• Ability to advise leadership on policy enforcement, employee relations, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Guide employees on employment laws, benefits, discipline, and retirement.
• Lead HR staff with focus on recruiting and retention.
• Maintain personnel files and ensure confidentiality and compliance with laws.
• Coordinate open enrollment, benefit billing, COBRA, and required reporting.
• Design and promote diversity, inclusion, and respectful workplace practices.
• Manage HR processes including FMLA, OSHA, Workers' Comp, and annual reporting.
