Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related HR experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of employment laws, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the HR staff with a focus on recruiting and retention.
• Counsel supervisors on discipline, policies, regulations, laws.
• Maintain all personnel files and ensure confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Coordinate Open Enrollment annually and reconcile benefit billing.
• Assist with insurance renewals and training initiatives.
• Develop and promote diversity and inclusion in policies.
