Qualificações

• 2+ years of progressively responsible case management with adults, juveniles and families.
• Experience facilitating groups or collaborative meetings.
• Familiarity with managing large caseloads (40+).
• Bi-lingual Spanish-English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate restorative justice practices and multi-disciplinary meetings.
• Develop individual program plans with clinical staff.
• Maintain confidential participant records and track progress.
• Coordinate with schools on transitions and educational options.
• Prepare case notes and manage documentation in electronic files.
• Gather and report program statistics and grant-related data.
