Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related commercial grounds/maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have CDL Ohio Class B license with clean driving record.
• Must hold pesticide/herbicide applicators license in listed categories or obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain district grounds and facilities for cleanliness and safety.
• Perform preventive maintenance on grounds equipment and playground equipment.
• Fix and repair driveways, walkways, and parking lots when possible.
• Mow, fertilize, weed, and manage lawns, flower beds, and athletic fields.
• Operate tractors, mowers, lifts, trimmers, and power tools safely.
• Assist with custodial duties and event support as needed.
