Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Available to work a non-traditional schedule and irregular hours.

• Maintains a record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment.
• Physical Demands: lifting/moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds, operating power equipment, using hand tools and working from ladders, scaffolds or mechanical lifts.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintenance: sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, disinfect classrooms, offices, hallways, restrooms and common areas.
• Empty trash, replace liners, and dispose of waste per guidelines.
• Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, handrails, light switches).
• Floor care: strip, wax, buff floors; operate floor scrubbers and carpet cleaners; perform maintenance on machines.
