Responsibilities

• Lead districtwide strategy for attendance, enrollment access, and re-engagement.
• Oversee compliance with McKinney-Vento and related requirements.
• Coordinate with schools, families, and community partners to ensure equitable access to education.
• Supervise staff, set case-management expectations, and build capacity across district.
• Analyze data to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
