Qualifications

• Master's degree required in HR, public administration, educational leadership, business, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible HR leadership experience.
• Experience supervising professional staff and leading complex initiatives.
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment law, labor relations, compensation, recruitment, certification, and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for daily administration of the HR Department across the district.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, appointments, transfers, promotions, leaves, retirements, and separations with compliance and service excellence.
• Develop and refine department-wide processes, SOPs, workflows, and internal controls for efficiency and accountability.
• Monitor performance indicators and service delivery standards, implementing improvements as needed.
