Job summary

BUHSD Learning Center is seeking a Campus Technician / Help Desk to support students, faculty, and staff across Buckeye Union High School District. This full-time role covers desktop, phone, and network-related issues with emphasis on confidentiality and professional service.

Responsibilities include maintenance, software/hardware installation, account creation, and user training. Requires Windows experience, physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, and clear communication with diverse

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Windows workstations.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Good communication with faculty, staff, and vendors.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support to faculty and staff for computers, phones, and related systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, hardware, and peripherals.
• Create and manage user accounts; maintain technology inventory.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide training and documentation for common software questions.
• Collaborate with vendors and district teams on technology needs.
• Escalate issues when necessary and follow up on tickets.
• Stay updated on security threats and best practices.
