Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in planning, supervising and training staff.
• Demonstrated ability to design and review traffic control device plans.
• Valid Professional Engineer's license and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead traffic engineering studies, plan reviews and project management.
• Oversee budgets, resources and project delivery on time and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with MUTCD and standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage traffic control device design.
• Direct safety programs, data collection and corridor preservation initiatives.
• Mentor staff, develop performance plans and manage contracts.
