Job summary

• Skilled in traffic engineering design software such as CADD, MicroStation, Synchro, and Highway Capacity Software.
• Ability to collect and analyze traffic-related data and develop recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Knowledge of VDOT, state, and federal transportation engineering policies and procedures.
