Job summary

• Five (5) years of experience in human resources, law, investigations, employee relations, Title IX or related compliance.
• At least two (2) years in a lead or supervisory capacity; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the district Title IX program and act as Title IX Coordinator.
• Direct intake, investigations, and resolution of discrimination/harassment complaints.
• Supervise staff and oversee training, policy development, and compliance initiatives.
