Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Assume Pharmacy Manager's day-to-day duties when on duty as acting pharmacist.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment following workflow procedures.
• Provide clinical care such as testing and prescribing services where permissible and coach the team.
