Job summary

JAAR, a family-owned McDonald’s franchise, seeks a District Supervisor to oversee 2–4 locations. You will provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction, partnering with General Managers to maximize long-term sales while upholding QSC standards.

You will travel to sites regularly, mentor teams, and drive initiatives including new programs, product launches, and staffing improvements. This role emphasizes People Promise and high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in Restaurant Field Operations or a similar field.
• Must be able to work various shifts including weekends.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach General Managers to achieve SMART goals and drive PIPs.
• Ensure 100% QSC adherence and uphold safety standards.
• Travel regularly to 2–4 locations for operations reviews.
• Partner with GMs to maximize long-term sales and profitability.
• Develop and implement staff development and succession plans.
