Job summary

Prime QSR, an Arby's Franchise Operator, seeks a District Manager to lead Restaurant Managers and Supervisors across multiple units. You will drive guest service excellence, sales growth, and profitability while enforcing Prime QSR's standards and policies.

You will recruit, train, and retain strong leadership, conduct quarterly area reviews, and ensure proper staffing and inventory control. Reliable travel to restaurants will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience, including direct supervision of multiple General Managers across restaurant units.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record developing creative, targeted sales-building strategies.
• Strong conflict‑resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to work in a restaurant environment, including standing, walking, and lifting as needed.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise; conduct a Daily Business Review on every restaurant call.
• Ensure restaurants are 100% staffed with quality, friendly teams scheduled effectively.
• Increase sales by teaching, training, and coaching teams to deliver Quality, Friendliness, Cleanliness, Accuracy, and Speed of Service.
• Audit inventory quarterly and ensure equipment is maintained with approved vendors.
• Recruit and hire management to staff all restaurants and maintain a bench of talent for future growth.
• Lead marketing plan execution including POP and menu board installations; lead new product training.
